We foster belonging in our workforce, cultivate a people-centered culture and bridge the digital divide in communities where we work and live.
We champion belonging for all through our nine Equinix Employee Connection Networks and 44 local WeAreEquinix programs. In 2025, we launched new company values and strengthened manager effectiveness through programs like Situational Leadership II.
We embed wellbeing, learning and performance development into everyday practices. In 2025, we introduced Performance Every Day, a modernized approach connecting individual contributions to business outcomes, and 76% of employees actively used LinkedIn Learning for continuous development and reskilling.
Through the Equinix Foundation, employee volunteerism and workforce development programs, we strengthen local economies, protect the environment and expand access to the digital economy. In 2025, the Equinix Foundation funded 60 grant partners and employees contributed over 54,400 volunteer hours — a 45% year-over-year increase.
The Equinix Foundation awarded a $25,000 grant to Collective X to help address South Africa’s digital divide. The grant supported a platform that maps digital skills required for in-demand jobs, connecting unemployed and underemployed individuals with training organizations to expand access to employment pathways.

Equinix integrates physical, mental and emotional wellbeing into leadership practices and workplace culture. Our framework includes mental health resources, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program, the Equinix Employee Relief Fund and a companywide Wellbeing Day every October. In 2025, our Employee Assistance Program saw a 17% global utilization rate.

Because every community is unique, our approach is tailored to local needs, with early stakeholder engagement helping us understand local priorities and inform our planning decisions.
