Executive Leadership

Adaire Fox-Martin serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Equinix and is responsible for leading the overall strategy and direction of the business. She was appointed in June 2024 and has been a member of the Equinix Board of Directors since 2020.

Adaire has established a distinguished 25-year track record in the technology sector. She was previously President of Go-to-Market for Google Cloud and Head of Google Ireland. In this role, she led Google Cloud's go-to-market teams globally, encompassing sales, professional services, partner ecosystem, and customer success. Prior to Google, she had board-level positions at SAP and executive leadership roles at Oracle. 

Adaire is a passionate advocate of social entrepreneurship. She was Global Executive Sponsor for Social Enterprise at Google and is the founder of One Billion Lives, a global initiative helping organizations apply their core business, internal resources, and ecosystems to form social ventures that deliver humanitarian and environmental impact. 

Adaire is a graduate of Trinity College in Dublin and maintains citizenship in Ireland, the European Union, and Australia. 

Raouf Abdel, EVP, Global Operations, oversees Design, Construction, Procurement and Operations for Equinix’s world-class data centers and interconnection platform. Raouf has led the Operations team to become the globalized organization it is today, providing consistent, high-quality and reliable services with integrity, and delivering exceptional frontline experiences to customers around the world. He joined the company in 2012 and previously served as Regional Operating Chief, Americas. 

Raouf brings more than three decades of experience in the data center, telecom and construction industries. Prior to Equinix he was President & CEO of OpTerra Energy Group, providing strategic and operational leadership for the company. 

Prior to OpTerra, Raouf served as President of the Business Markets Group with Level 3 Communications and was previously Vice President of Network Development with MFS Communications.  

Raouf is on the Chief Operating Officers Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Adam Berlew is Chief Marketing Officer for Equinix. In this role, he leads the global team responsible for innovative digital demand generation, creating exceptional customer journeys, and increasing brand recognition. Adam re-joined Equinix in 2024, after spending more than three years as VP of Global Marketing earlier in his career.   

Adam previously held go-to-market, product management, and marketing leadership positions at Atlassian, Google Cloud, Broadcom, and Dell, among others. His industry expertise spans cloud computing, AI/ML, software, hardware, telecommunications, and consulting services.  Adam is known for his ability to create brands and accelerate sales and customer acquisition. He is a passionate leader focused on building and leading high performing, strategically aligned teams.  

Adam holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from Brown University. He is also a Board Member at Stifel Financial and a Member of Glynn 100, a curated network of industry leaders. Additionally, Adam holds a Life Membership at the Council on Foreign Relations.  

Mike Campbell is Chief Sales Officer, responsible for the strategy and execution of all Equinix sales efforts globally, including direct sales and the entire ecosystem of go-to-market channel partners. He joined Equinix in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Americas Sales.

During his tenure at Equinix, Mike has transformed the sales team by globalizing the organization, leading double-digit bookings growth, building the partner ecosystem, and collaborating to deliver on the go-to-market strategy. Additionally, Mike's commitment to advocating for talent and fostering a diverse workforce highlights his dedication to not only driving business results but also nurturing a positive company culture. 

Mike has more than 30 years of international sales leadership experience at leading technology companies including Symantec, VeriSign and Akamai. Mike holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Dayton.

Nicole Collins is the Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Equinix. She joined the company in 2021 and leads the strategic execution of Equinix’s enterprise-wide operating model, overseeing performance standards that drive operational excellence and long-term growth.  

Nicole plays a critical role in aligning the company’s operational vision with its business objectives, ensuring innovation, customer-centricity, and efficiency across the organization. Prior to her current role, Nicole served as Equinix’s Chief Transformation Officer, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives that accelerated sales and advanced the company’s Go-to-Market strategy.  

With nearly two decades of experience at VMware and Dell, Nicole held senior executive positions focused on sales leadership, integration strategy, and sales and channel transformation. Her expertise in these areas was instrumental in driving growth and strategic planning.  

Throughout her career, Nicole has been a dedicated advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging. At Equinix, she serves as the Executive Sponsor for WomenConnect, an employee resource group that empowers women within the organization. Her commitment to creating inclusive workplaces has made her a respected mentor and leader across the tech industry. 

Justin Dustzadeh serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Equinix. He is responsible for driving Equinix’s technology vision, strategy and architecture to support the company’s overall business objectives. In this role, Justin also leads the overall technical innovation function with a strong focus on software transformation and fostering active engagements within software ecosystems and developer communities. He joined Equinix in 2019.  

Prior to Equinix, Justin served as Head of Global Network and Software Platform at Uber, where he led the team responsible for the architecture, engineering and operations of Uber’s global network infrastructure, and software platforms enabling Uber's business worldwide.  

His prior experience also includes executive roles at Visa, Huawei, Ericsson, AT&T, a Silicon Valley technology startup (where he was a founder) and two leading service providers in France.  

Justin holds a PhD and Master of Science in Computer Science from Télécom Paris and a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Physics from École Normale Supérieure (Ulm) in Paris. 

Jon Lin serves as Chief Business Officer at Equinix, leading an integrated global organization focused on elevating customer experiences, delivering exceptional value, and driving profitable, sustainable expansion. He is responsible for the company’s global product strategy, overseeing the product and services portfolio roadmap, and global Profit and Loss (P&L). This includes aligning product strategy with market insights to develop new solutions that meet evolving customer needs, leading the regional execution teams, and advancing data center and hyperscale (xScale) capabilities to strengthen market leadership worldwide. He joined Equinix in 2009. 

Jon believes a connected world is a better world and is passionate about driving innovations that eliminate the digital divide. A catalyst for innovation, he is at the forefront of digital transformation, most recently spearheading the industry’s AI transformation with the introduction of Private AI. Jon was also an early pioneer in hybrid multi cloud connectivity, leading the development of today’s Multicloud Networking and Private Cloud Interconnect.  

In his 15+ years with Equinix, Jon has held leadership roles across marketing, strategy, finance, product, and corporate development.  

Prior to his current role, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Data Center Services, where he led global growth and expansion, oversaw interconnected colocation and xScale, and advanced innovations in Private Artificial Intelligence. He also served as President of Americas, running Equinix’s largest region by revenue. During this time, he was also responsible for the U.S. Federal sector, driving the shift from legacy platforms to digital platforms. 

Jon is a passionate ally for diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DI&B) and is the executive sponsor for Equinix’s Asian and Black employee connection networks. 

Prior to Equinix, Jon held leadership roles at Tata Communications and UUNET/Verizon.  

Jon graduated from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in biology and computer science. 

Harmeen Mehta serves as Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at Equinix. She joined the company in 2025 and drives the company's digital transformation and innovation strategy, leveraging forward-looking technologies to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and innovative business models.  

Harmeen is an AI-first transformation leader with 28 years of experience in large-scale digital transformations and business innovation. She has a global resume, having lived in 11 countries and worked in 40 across six continents. 

Prior to Equinix, Harmeen held senior roles at BT Group, Bharti Airtel Limited, BBVA, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and HSBC. She is a recognized digital transformation and AI leader, and she was awarded the 2018 MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award and TMForum Global CIO of the Year award. Additionally, she has been acknowledged by Economic Times as a top woman in telecom and tech globally and received the Women of the Decade in Innovation & Leadership award from the Women Economic Forum.  

She is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and has led numerous initiatives to promote diversity in the tech industry. As an active member of the UK-India Global Forum, she has led several initiatives to facilitate engagement to advance strategic partnerships and investment flows within the UK-India corridor and beyond. She is an advisor with Sekura and also serves on the Lloyds Banking Group, and TM Forum boards.  

As Chief People Officer, Brandi Galvin Morandi oversees all aspects of our People strategy including organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance, compensation and benefits. Brandi and her global HR organization serve as stewards for the Equinix culture and are focused on building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where employees thrive. She joined Equinix in 2003. 

During Brandi’s tenure, Equinix has been named as one of Fortune’s “Most Admired Companies” and as Glassdoor’s top 100 “Best Places to Work.” 

Most recently, Brandi was Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer. She has also served as Equinix’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Before joining Equinix, Brandi practiced corporate securities law and held various positions in the field of public relations.  

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Journalism from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Brandi also serves as a Board Member of the Equinix Foundation.  

Kurt Pletcher is Chief Legal Officer and leads Equinix’s global legal strategy and day-to-day legal operations. Together with his team, Kurt ensures we have policies and practices that propel business growth, enhance the customer experience, and are compliant with laws in the countries where Equinix operates, all while championing integrity and the highest level of ethical standards. Kurt joined Equinix in 2001. 

During his tenure, Kurt has held leadership roles across a variety of global legal departments as part of Equinix’s Customer & Revenue Office and served as the VP of Legal, Americas focused on M&A, real estate, and employment.  

Prior to joining Equinix, Kurt held roles in the Employment Law Group at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and the Technology Group at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP in Menlo Park, California.

Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.  

Keith Taylor leads the company’s global finance organization, including accounting, business assurance, financial planning and analysis, finance transformation, investor relations, payroll and stock services, procurement and strategic sourcing, corporate real estate, risk and security, tax and treasury. Keith also oversees the company’s commitment to sustainability leadership, including developing a Green Finance Framework to benefit the communities where Equinix operates as well as its employees and stakeholders. Keith joined Equinix in 1999. 

During his 25+ year tenure, Keith has stewarded the company through a period of exceptional growth, delivering more than $8 billion in annual revenue. He has completed over 29 acquisitions and $50 billion in capital market activities, deploying nearly $40 billion of capital to help fund the growth.  

Keith joined Equinix after holding a number of finance roles at International Wireless Communications and Becton Dickinson & Company. He has been recognized as “Best CFO” on Institutional Investor’s prestigious list and serves on the Board of Directors at Invitation Homes, Frozen Logistics and Yumpingo Ltd. 

Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop's University in Quebec, is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a founding member of the U.S. Chapter of His Majesty, King Charles’ sponsored global Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) CFO Leadership Network.
