Employee-driven community engagement

The Foundation harnesses the passion of Equinix employees locally and globally by engaging them in every area of the organization's mission and strategy.

We also aim to deepen engagement within the communities where Equinix operates through grant funding, employee volunteering and other community outreach activities.

Realizing our purpose through sustainable access

The Equinix Purpose is to enable the innovations that enrich our work, life and planet. That purpose extends to the work of the Foundation to ensure access to all the digital world has to offer, from connectivity and STEM education to digital literacy training and technical career development.

Providing support when it’s needed most

When unexpected situations require urgent response, we quickly assess the situation and provide direct funding, accelerated employee donation matching and volunteer assistance as needed.
