President, Equinix Americas
Arquelle Shaw serves as the President of Equinix Americas, where she leads strategy and growth across a diverse region that includes the United States, Latin America and Canada. In this role, she oversees acquisitions, business integration, regulatory and public affairs, and ensures that global strategy is thoughtfully adapted to local market dynamics. Through her leadership, Equinix empowers Americas customers and partners to interconnect, innovate and scale their business seamlessly from the Americas to the world.
With a proven track record of driving transformation, Arquelle previously served as SVP of Americas Sales where she reshaped the Americas sales organization through strategic programs that accelerated growth and expanded Equinix’s regional and global footprint. Her leadership is distinguished by a commitment to building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and unlocking value at scale.
A passionate champion for inclusion and belonging, Arquelle proudly serves as executive sponsor of GenteConnect, Equinix’s Employee Community Network (EECN) empowering and advancing employees of Hispanic and Latin American heritage. She also helps guide the Equinix Foundation as a board member and advances a culture of care and community through the PrideConnect EECN Steering Committee. Through these roles, Arquelle is driven to empower and inspire others to build more connected, inclusive and vibrant workplaces.
Before joining Equinix in 2019, Arquelle held senior Sales leadership roles at Accenture, American Express, and AT&T.

Managing Director, Equinix LATAM
Eduardo began his career with Equinix Brazil in 2011, with the acquisition of ALOG, where he’d been Head of Sales since 2005. In 2013, Eduardo was promoted to Managing Director Brazil, responsible for the management, strategy, and growth plan of Equinix in the country, leading several expansions across Brazil, including the first xScale data center in the Americas.
In 2022, he became Managing Director for LATAM, responsible for market development in Latin America, and driving Equinix's expansion plans into current and new markets across the region.
Eduardo graduated in Business Administration at the Catholic University of Campinas and has been active in the IT/Telecommunications market since 1999. He has honed his business expertise on courses at Kellogg School of Management, Columbia Business School and Haas School of Business.

Managing Director, Equinix Brazil
Victor is the Managing Director of Brazil, responsible for leading the country’s growth and development plans. Victor partners with in-country and global teams to build strategies that generate new business and accelerate revenue growth, including driving cross-border collaboration, exploring new market segments, increasing platform-based selling, and anticipating industry trends.
Prior to his current position, Victor led some of the most complex enterprise-wide processes across Equinix Brazil’s product, marketing, IT, and HR organizations. As Senior Director of Corporate Development for almost seven years, he was instrumental in identifying new market opportunities – expanding the Equinix Platform from one country to five, and two markets to seven – while ensuring teams were supported to execute M&As, integrations, new services, and expansions. Victor is passionate about engaging and inspiring people, as well as continuously expanding his knowledge. He has invested time in some of top educational institutions in the world including INSEAD, Berkeley, Wharton, LSE, MIT, IESE, HBS, Ross, Columbia, Booth, Stanford, Singularity and CESAR School.

Managing Director, Equinix Chile and Peru
Francisco is the Managing Director of Chile and Peru, responsible for developing and driving Equinix’s growth plans in existing and new Chilean and Peruvian markets, while also representing both countries in global initiatives. Prior to Equinix, Francisco held a variety of leadership positions at Entel, from Head of Marketing & Strategy, to CEO of Americatel Peru, and VP of Planning and Projects. During his 11 years at Entel he was an inspirational leader to hundreds of employees, and led teams that implemented the company’s digital services strategy including IoT, Big Data, and Cloud offerings, as well as several successful transactions and integrations. Francisco has deep expertise in M&A, strategic planning, financial valuations, and investment management. He has an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management in Business Strategy and Operations.

Managing Director, Equinix Canada
Marc Mondésir is the Managing Director of Canada, responsible for leading and driving the growth of Equinix Canada. This includes leading the cohesive cross-Canada team to ensure alignment with global strategy, drive growth, develop interconnection hubs and build deeper and broader digital ecosystems from coast-to-coast. Before joining Equinix Marc held senior leadership roles most recently at Microsoft Canada as Vice President Consulting Services, where he led in redefining Microsoft’s Consulting Go-to-Market (GTM) transformation and organizational design. Prior to that, he spent 14 years in progressive leadership roles at Dell, culminating his time there as Country Leader and General Manager (GM) for Dell Canada’s Professional Services Group.
Marc is driven by a passion for cultivating diverse, collaborative teams and empowering their unique potential. A dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, he is an active mentor within the Black Professionals in Tech Network and currently serves as a Board Advisor for property management technology start-up, Ananest’s Executive Leadership Team, consulting on Growth, Leadership & Culture. Marc studied communications at York and Ottawa University and holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Managing Director, U.S. East
Jordan is the Managing Director for Equinix’s East region of the United States, where he guides and aligns strategy to help accelerate growth within one of the company’s most dynamic markets.
In this role, Jordan partners closely with U.S. West leadership and global teams to uncover new opportunities for customers, advocate in regional policy discussions and engage actively within the broader business community. He is responsible for driving regional performance, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring that Equinix delivers meaningful impact for businesses from coast to coast.
Jordan joined Equinix in 2012 and most recently served as Senior Sales Director, overseeing the Northeast U.S. Acquisition team. Prior to Equinix, he held sales leadership roles in the financial services industry with Bloomberg Financial and Thomson Reuters.
Based in New York City, Jordan serves on the Board of Directors for Summer Search New York, a nonprofit focused on empowering youth through professional mentorship and experiential learning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Boston University and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School Executive Education program.

Managing Director, Public Sector
Scott has over 25 years’ experience working in Government and broader Regulated Industry markets, supporting IT and Program leadership to deliver successful mission outcomes. As Managing Director for U.S. Public Sector at Equinix, Scott is responsible for growth and strategy execution to scale the Public Sector business, where he also leads the Customer Operations, Business Operations, and Compliance and Contacting teams, with overall P&L responsibility.
In his prior role as Chief Operating Officer for Regulated Industries at SAP, Scott led Go-to-Market (GTM) through complex cloud transformation within Public Sector, Aerospace and Defense, Healthcare and Utilities industries. Before joining SAP, he spent 16 years in Microsoft’s Federal division, culminating his time there as General Manager for the Civilian government business, where he led Microsoft's cloud transformation in the Federal market.
Scott is an active sponsor and champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, and is involved in supporting regulated industry community groups, including the Brooks Crossing Innovation Lab and Fisher House. Scott has a degree in Finance from Old Dominion University where he was a member of the varsity wrestling team, and now serves as board member on the Strome School of Business Executive Advisory Committee. He is an avid road cyclist and golfer, and lives in Oak Hill, Virginia with his wife and three daughters.
