Breaking through infrastructure constraints
Riding on its successful payments business, Credit Saison expanded to include leasing, finance and real estate as part of its service portfolio. To drive its growth strategy forward, the company developed its Credit Saison Digital Transformation (CSDX) Vision—a strategy to transform customer experiences (CX), employee experiences (EX) and digital ecosystems. However, its rigid infrastructure limited cloud utilization, slowed network connectivity and made it difficult to quickly provision new connections restricting its advancement into the digital age with CSDX.
Making connectivity an on-demand decision
Credit Saison turned to Equinix data centers to bring its CSDX vision to life and increase cloud utilization. The facilities also act as network hubs to provide multiple access points.
