Riding on its successful payments business, Credit Saison expanded to include leasing, finance and real estate as part of its service portfolio. To drive its growth strategy forward, the company developed its Credit Saison Digital Transformation (CSDX) Vision—a strategy to transform customer experiences (CX), employee experiences (EX) and digital ecosystems.
