It occupies a 15,245.64 m² site formed by the unification of three lots and is situated adjacent to the Equinix SP3 facility, with which it shares high-voltage infrastructure while maintaining independent operations. The surrounding area includes high-end residential condominiums, prompting the implementation of acoustic treatments to comply with local noise regulations. The site also features internal roads, parking areas, and designated zones for loading and unloading, supporting both operational logistics and community integration.
