Equinix Case Study – Contact Solutions

As a long-time Equinix customer, Contact Solutions wanted to begin offering its My:Time digital platform in new global markets. The company wanted to explore a hybrid cloud-based infrastructure to quickly serve new business opportunities while also meeting diverse requirements for data sovereignty. Working with Equinix Professional Services (EPS) in a collaborative proof-of-concept (POC) project, Contact Solutions leveraged an Interconnection Oriented Architecture™ (IOA®) strategy deployed on Platform Equinix™. It now has a cloud foundation that is ready for future transition to a production environment outside the United States.
