Equinix Response Center

The Equinix Response Center (ERC) is a customer call center accessible by phone, email or through our Web-based customer portal 24x7x365. The ERC team can assist with troubleshooting or placing orders and notifies customers of any events or situations that could potentially affect their operations. An experienced ERC representative is always just a phone call away.

Equinix Customer Care Portal

The Equinix Customer Care Portal (ECCP) enables Equinix customers to submit routine requests securely, 24 hours a day, via the Internet. They may also open work tickets, place orders, check status of orders, access policies or schedule visits.
